“OI Health helps community hospitals replace complex, expensive decision support systems with clear financial insight that’s easier to use and far more sustainable to operate.”
Healthcare organizations today face increasing financial pressure — thinner margins, rising costs, and greater demand for clear financial insight. Yet many hospitals are still relying on decision support systems built for large health systems, bringing unnecessary complexity, high operating costs, and dependence on ongoing consulting.
OI Health Was Built On A Different Philosophy: Clarity Over Complexity.
Our Decision Support platform delivers the Financial Planning & Analysis Insights that community hospitals need to make confident decisions — without enterprise overhead or dependence on consulting — in simple terms: No Bloat.
Discover why community hospitals are choosing a simpler, more sustainable approach.
Healthcare financial leaders are operating in an environment of increasing complexity — thinner margins, rising costs, and greater pressure to deliver clear answers.
“Our mission is to help community hospitals navigate that complexity with clarity, confidence, and sustainable financial insight.”
We believe financial systems should simplify decision-making, not complicate it. By delivering practical, reliable decision support tools, we help healthcare leaders see clearly, act decisively, and sustain the organizations that serve their communities.
Healthcare finance is complex enough. The systems supporting it should not be. We design our platform to provide clear, consistent financial insight without unnecessary features, layers of configuration, or dependencies on consulting.
Community hospitals operate in a unique financial environment with thinner margins and leaner teams. Our solutions are purpose-built to support their operational reality — not the infrastructure of large academic health systems.
Long-term independence requires disciplined cost structures and reliable financial visibility. We believe decision support systems should strengthen sustainability, not add unnecessary overhead.
Decision support should empower the people responsible for making decisions. Our platform enables healthcare leaders and their teams to access meaningful insight quickly, without relying on outside consultants to interpret their data.
Every organization we work with shares a common goal: delivering excellent care to its communities.
” Our role is to support that mission by providing financial insight that is clear, accessible, and sustainable — helping hospitals focus more of their resources where they matter most: patient care. “
Having witnessed the evolution and impact of the patient-centered movement in healthcare, I believe that the finance side should be headed in the same direction. There’s just been too much focus on tools over people—software, features, and “users”—and not enough on the human beings who keep hospitals and other large providers healthy.
That’s the impulse that powers Oi Health—bringing people to the forefront of healthcare finance decision support, and doing this in a way that provides measurable results that ultimately align with the individual goals of each organization.
To make this a reality, we transform data into something all your people can use. We prioritize easily accessible, timely, and operable data that acts as one source of ‘truth’. This is a truth that can not only be presented to the Senior Suite, but also to those who can effect the most change—from departmental managers to anyone else with responsibility for the operation of the organization.
I believe that healthcare finance has a growing opportunity to evolve. It can achieve this by evaluating operations holistically through a patient-centered lens—this includes revenues, costs, profitability, and quality.
The right tools can help providers improve patient engagement and drive better care.
For providers invested in their patients, tool selection and data strategy will be foundational. As Chief Operating Officer of Oi Health, I’m proud to guide us toward providing and continually developing a best of breed solution that keeps up with the operational insights providers need.
